Joyful Objects, Yes! is a Mexico City-based design studio founded in 2021 by Joy Valdez, an industrial designer originally from Mérida, Yucatán. With a background in Industrial Design, Valdez established Joyful Objects, Yes! with the mission to inject a sense of fun and vibrancy into everyday living spaces. Rejecting the notion that design must always be serious and elegant, Joy embraces a playful approach that celebrates uniqueness and individuality.

Through her use of materials like chuspata, a traditional Mexican fiber, Joy pays homage to her country's craftsmanship and heritage.
