Thank you for purchasing “Joyful Objects, Yes!”, we are fully committed to providing you with the best service, so we would love for you to take your time to read our “Terms and Conditions”, which are intended to establish the rules of work, sales and dynamics of our services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025

1. Pricing:

Mexico: All sales in Mexico will be sold in Mexican Pesos (MXN). The prices shown in our catalog and quotations include VAT, but shipping costs are excluded and must be paid as an additional service.

USA and the rest of the world: All orders shipped outside of Mexico will be sold in US Dollars (USD). If shipping costs are included, the order will be sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means the order will generally be held at customs upon arrival in the destination country, awaiting the importer’s payment of duties and/or taxes. The prices shown in our catalog and quotations exclude customs duties and taxes, which must be paid by the buyer upon arrival of the products.

Europe: All orders shipped to Europe will be sold in Euros (EUR). If shipping costs are included, the order will be sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means the order will generally be held at customs upon arrival in the destination country, awaiting the importer’s payment of duties and/or taxes. The prices shown in our catalog and quotations exclude customs duties and taxes, which must be paid by the buyer upon arrival of the products.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to pricing errors or typographical mistakes. Joyful Objects, Yes! may modify its prices without prior notice.

2. Sales:

All orders are subject to the payment conditions stipulated in the Purchase Order. When the customer confirms the Purchase Order, they also accept the Terms and Conditions and must pay the corresponding deposit to Joyful Objects, Yes! Each Purchase Order and invoice will be based on the most recent price list, and the customer will have 10 days to provide final approval, as Joyful Objects, Yes! may modify its prices without prior notice.

All orders require either full payment or an advance payment as follows:

·  Orders under $15,000 USD: 50% advance payment / 50% upon completion.

·  Orders over $15,000 USD: 70% advance payment / 30% upon completion.

·  Orders with delivery times of less than 12 business days: 100% advance payment.

When the balance payment is requested, we will also send photographs of the completed and packaged order. Once the customer has been notified that the order is ready for delivery, they will have 7 days to complete the payment. Orders will not be shipped without full payment.

3. Trade Discounts:

We offer discounts to architects and interior designers. These discounts are subject to Joyful Objects, Yes!’s approval. To qualify, the following information is required:

·  Company name

·  Billing information

·  Tax ID (RFC for Mexico)

·  Company address and phone number

·  Website, Instagram, or Facebook profile

·  Project name and location

4. Additional Fees:

·  Due to space and insurance limitations, storage cannot be provided for more than 7 days after the order is completed and notified. Storage beyond 7 days will incur a daily late fee of 1% of the invoice value.

·  If an order is not fully paid within 3 months after completion and notification, Joyful Objects, Yes! reserves the right to dispose of the items at its discretion and consider the order canceled without refund. Joyful Objects, Yes! will not be liable for any loss or claims related to unclaimed or unpaid orders beyond this period.

·  Urgent orders are subject to a rush fee of 12% of the total quoted price, subject to production feasibility approval.

5. Cancellations:

Cancellations must be requested via email within the first three days of receiving the Purchase Order. After this period, any cancellation must cover the expenses incurred by Joyful Objects, Yes!, and no refunds will be issued for bank transfer fees related to the refund process.

Joyful Objects, Yes! reserves the right to cancel a Purchase Order if:

  • The buyer fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions.

  • There is a lack of or delay in payment stated in the Purchase Order.

Once the advance payment has been made to Joyful Objects, Yes!, the order cannot be canceled for reasons beyond the company’s control.

6. Delivery Times:

Delivery times are specified in the quotation and/or email, depending on the model, color, and quantity ordered. The estimated production time may change without prior notice due to collection demand, custom orders, or orders exceeding usual quantities.

7. Shipping:

Shipping costs related to any Purchase Order will be covered by the customer. Joyful Objects, Yes! takes all necessary precautions to package products securely. Since all products are produced and shipped from Mexico City, the delivery time in quotations does not include shipping time. The shipping cost may change after the order is placed. The quoted shipping service is basic delivery (street level). Please verify the size and weight of your package and inform us in advance if you require special delivery arrangements. The quoted shipping service does not include furniture installation, but we always include assembly instructions for easy installation.

8. International Shipping:

All international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import procedures, which must be covered by the customer. Joyful Objects, Yes! will recommend transportation services, but the customer is free to select their preferred shipping provider. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

9. Returns and Damages:

All claims for damaged items or packaging must be reported directly to Joyful Objects, Yes! within two days of receipt. The customer must provide photographs of the damaged items and packaging to document the shipping conditions.We strive to provide the best service, but we emphasize that Joyful Objects, Yes! will not replace items damaged during transit due to improper handling by shipping companies, as our packaging meets safety standards for secure transport.Returns or exchanges for reasons beyond our company’s control will not be accepted. A handling fee of 15% of the purchase value applies to all returned items.Joyful Objects, Yes! does not accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers. The customer is responsible for returning the product to Joyful Objects, Yes!. If returned items arrive damaged or used, we will not provide an exchange. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.

10. Warranty:

Joyful Objects, Yes! offers a 6-month warranty on all objects that have manufacturing defects, provided that the defect renders the product unusable. This warranty is void if the customer has not followed Joyful Objects, Yes!'s care instructions. Discounted and sample-sale items are not covered by this warranty. Since our products are handmade, variations in color, dimension, and shape may occur.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

All Joyful Objects, Yes! designs are protected by copyright and registered trademarks. The reproduction, copying, or modification of our products without prior authorization is strictly prohibited and will be considered a legal infringement. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce any part of our digital content, catalog, or website except as permitted under this agreement. We grant you a limited license to download or print pages and images for personal use only. However, modifying or using any of our content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited.

12. PLATFORM RULES:

Ex. Be cordial: We invite our users to preserve an environment of peace and respect among the community, mistreatment or insults between users that detract or attack the individual honor of each user will not be tolerated. Can this be reported.

Do not share contact information that could put your information at risk: We recommend our users to maintain dialogue within the platform and avoid leaking sensitive information such as card numbers or important passwords to preserve guarantees of security and trust, which help us protect the information of the entire community minimizing the risk of fraud or non-compliance with the service by the different users.
